Installation specification for combustible gas detection system
Installation specification for combustible gas controller:
1. The combustible gas controller should be installed in non-explosion-proof places such as the instrument room, and it is strictly prohibited to install it in explosion-proof places.
2. Regardless of the installation method of the combustible gas controller, ensure that it is firmly fixed to avoid vibration, dust and water, and the environment should meet the requirements of the instrument manual.
3. The combustible gas controller should adopt a relatively clean power supply, and avoid using the same-circuit power supply with large-scale electrical equipment.
4. The flammable gas controller should be grounded to the shell or the ground wire of the power plug.
5. It is strictly forbidden to destroy the casing of the combustible gas controller, otherwise it will affect the shielding effect.
Installation specification for combustible gas detection probe:
6. The combustible gas detection probe should be selected within 1 meter of the valve, pipe interface, air outlet or easy to leak, as close as possible, but do not affect the operation of other equipment, and try to avoid high temperature and high humidity.
7. When the combustible gas detection probe is used for large-area gas detection, a probe arrangement of 10-12 square meters can be used, and the detection and alarm effect can also be achieved.
8. The installation method of combustible gas detection probe can be ceiling installation, wall installation or holding pipe installation. The installation should be firm and reliable. At the same time, easy maintenance and calibration should be considered.
9. Installation height of combustible gas detection probe: when detecting hydrogen, natural gas, city gas and other gases with a specific gravity less than air, it should be installed about 1 meter from the roof; when detecting liquefied petroleum gas and other gases with a specific gravity greater than air, it should be 1.5-2 from the ground. Install about meters.
10. The combustible gas detection probe wiring should use a three-core shielded cable, with a single wire diameter greater than 1 square millimeter, and the shielding layer must be grounded when wiring.
11. The on-site wiring of the combustible gas detection probe should be through pipes. The pipes used should meet the fire protection requirements, and the pipes should be connected with the probes to meet the fire protection requirements.
12. When installing the combustible gas detection probe, the sensor should be fixed downward.
13. The combustible gas detection probe should be wired under the power-off condition, and the power should be turned on after confirming that the wiring is correct; open the cover to debug the probe when it is confirmed that there is no flammable gas leakage on the site.
14. The combustible gas detection probe should be calibrated at least once a year to ensure detection accuracy.
